Comments/results:
275# PC was sloppy I missed it twice then hit it. The 1k row 2:58 tough I felt pretty recovered 20mins later. 30 min rest was a big difference compared to the 20 min rest I had last week for the throw down. The five rounder was just a go workout 17:07 I think. Chin ups got tough had to break them up. DU's were not bad set four I was having some problems stringing them together other sets were close to unbroken if not unbroken.

Hike was good JT gave me the wrong key to the house so I just took off from our place found some pretty cool trails near by but I wanted the Mnt.
That is an insane 1K row time!
