This was tough on the third round had to break the deads and dips up a lot that round short breaks and chipped away.

Wall balls were pretty tough today I broke them a lot I guess just knowing I had more to do I mentally knew I couldn't redline so I broke them up a lot with really short breaks. Box jumps steady pace straight through not breaks du broke once and burpees steady pace straight through no breaks. Felt alright on this except wall balls.
