I got to go to a good friends gym I had never been too. I felt a little sluggish on the workout the movements made me chip away at it. I never stopped moving for very long at all and I did all my ohs squats unbroken. I was doing singles on the t2b but going pretty fast through them with really no break just down then back up. Muscle ups felt good never missed one started to do singles after the second round.
