Comments/results:
AM 
Back Squat with Chains felt pretty good still have a little right knee pain and hip pain.  I built slowly to 195#W/chains 3 reps and it felt pretty strong.  I had a massage yesterday the weights felt heavy today.  Still working on the new stance it started feeling good today.  I don't feel really strong with it yet but I am able to get under the bar better.  The tough single went alright I built to 295# It didn't feel that hard I just have to grind through the rep when it gets heavier.  KB front rack reverse lunges were pretty tough, good breathing work holding the kbs on the chest was hardest part.  Static ring holds were not to bad did all unbroken was having some trouble keeping the lock out.
