A. 165#, 185#, 205#, 225#
Warmed up really well I still struggle with that overhead position in the PJ.  225# was not real clean.  It didn't  feel tough it was sloppy though.  I was unhappy with this.

B. 115# + chains was a really good weight for me to control it and move fast.  I was happy with these my squat is feeling better but still some right knee pain not bad though.

C.  I used 165 for the first six rounds then switched to 155 for the last four rounds.  The pushpress was tough for me and made the jerks get rough after the first couple sets.  I was kind of pissed this got so hard for me.  It was good though and the shoulder didn't feel to bad.  I felt like emom rest was pretty fast.  The lock out was tough for me to stick and control completely.  Payed more attention to my foot position on the split jerk when I get tired I like to go really narrow.

AD sprints were tough as usual legs filled up after 3 set and made the 4th and 5th pretty tough then had and extended break and felt good for 6th and 7th set.  I tried the cardio ignite on a couple hour fast and it made my head start to hurt more than usual when I do AD power work.  Cals were pretty consistent.
