A. Warmed up well, 315#, 365#, 405#
B. Clean pulls 225#, 245#, 265# focused on being fast above knee and keeping shoulders back.
C1. Power Clean TNG 135# x5 focused on staying organized and keeping bar back shoulders back and getting to high hang.
C2. muscle up work and ring dip work. Worked on getting right into kipping ring dips from muscle up.

Good warmup with weight on sled.
Used 3 45# bumpers and 1 25# bumper
