B. Power Clean - EMOM TnG x 3 - waveload per minute x 10 minutes
C. 4 muscle ups - EMOM for 10 min
A1. 185, 185, 195, 195, 205, 205 3reps every time
A2. 70, 88, 88, 88, 88, 88 3reps every time
Push press felt pretty good. The weight on the pullups was to heavy I had to kip at the end on the last 3 rounds
B. Power Clean started with 135, 165, 175, 185, 195, 205, 215, 225, 235, 245 I failed on the last rep at 245#. I just didn't get under the bar. It felt really good.
C. 4 muscle ups through 7 rnds then 2, 3, 4singles this got tough. I struggle mentally when I get fatigued in muscle ups. This was a perfect workout for me to be challenged in muscle ups.
