A. 140# I stayed the same but I had some right shoulder pain.
B1. 185# Working on touch and go. My mental capacity for this is getting much better every time I do it. I struggle with breathing and staying tight. My hip flexors are tight and make it tough to get into a good overhead position without breaking at the low back. I also have some should mobility issues. All things that are actually getting better and allowing me to tap into some real potential but I have a lot of work to keep doing.
B2. I love weighted chins I used 60# on these and went neck to bar strict for 3 reps every time switching the mixed grip every time.
C. This was fun I was working on cleaning straight into my pushpress. I really focused on this stayed on the heels, used my hips, and each set got better and better. I have been doing a lot of reps with touch and go overhead stuff and I finally feel like I am getting better.

This was just smooth zone 1 not a high heart rate. I rode next to Danny and we just talked and cacked jokes most of the time. It was a great ride 757cals
Notes: My right shoulder bothered me again today. It wasn't horrible but it was deff there. I met with Jeff our physical therapist and he did some awesome work with me. I have a feeling I might be in there quite a bit I love that he was excited to work with me. Trigger point dry needling and K-Laser Treatment.
