Training day 8
I warmed up with sprints in the parking lot.  Then worked into the hang power snatch and chest to bar pullups.

Comments/results:
The sprints were a great warmup for this workout.  They not only got my hips lose but warmed up my energy system for the workout.

I started with 135#. 155#, 165#, 175#, 175# for the hang power snatch.  These felt good but I did start to ninja kick my foot out a little further than regular squat/receiving position.  As I went the row and pullups really got my grip hurting so the snatch became mentally difficult.  My last rep was really sloppy.

The Chest to bar pullups were great for the first three rounds, I butterfly ctb all of them then on the fourth round I had to kip my last 1 and on the last set I kipped my last 5.

The row was pretty consistent except for the last set.  I felt a critical drop off on set 5.  I felt very explosive on the first three sets the fourth set was tough but still maintained about 1:21 pace.

Notes: I was little disappointed with my snatch it didn't feel to snappy.  My energy level was not really high.  My mood was great.  I think the critical drop off on the last set was most of the disappointment.  Great workout.
