Pretty Nasty tried to pace it
did 3 tng snatches entire time I wanted to work on this and I could sustain it
muscle ups were 3 2 2 and then I decided to just do singles I could have strung some together but i rested less when I was just doing one and then going. I thought I was done after the last set of muscle ups and I was so happy haha then Tim reminded me I had to row.. Thanks Bud! Great workout
