At Windy City CrossFit LTAD seminar with James Fitzgerald Amazing listening to this guy talk learned so much and had to ask myself some really tough questions. Very excited about learning more and digging further and further into the fitness world! A. Power Clean x 1/Jerk x 1 - take up to 2 sets short of a max single; rest as needed b/t sets B. Triple Jump Practice (if not competing on Sunday, go for a Max in 3 attempts) C. Row Intervals - 30 sec @ 1K pace; rest 30 sec on rower x 3 D. Run Intervals - 30 sec @ 3K pace; walk rest 20 sec x 5
